I believe that I could be more effective if I had a broader array of management skills and techniques upon which to draw.
I am prepared to initiate contact with my coach when needed.
I am willing to be honest with my coach about my motives, my feelings, and my interpretations.
I am willing to enlist the support of others who care about me to speed up progress.
I am willing to place a very high priority on my meetings with my coach and on other activities related to the development of my personal and professional skills.
I am willing to do the work and let the coach do the coaching. I will keep my word and my appointments.

If I feel I am not getting what I need or expect from the coach, I will share this immediately and discuss what I want and need from the coaching relationship.
