how's it work (coaches)?

1. Our registered clients post a challenge or opportunity they are currently facing using our unique four question structure. We help them structure their thinking right from the beginning. They are able to put down in writing, maybe for the first time a clear explanation of where they are stuck.
2. As one of our registered, approved coaches you provide a response online (or a phone call) using our coach guidelines as a template. Coaching happens online or through previously a scheduled coaching call. Clients are able to pick from a variety of coaching options (view coaching programs) and also able choose a desired coach (view coach bios).
3. Once a coach has responded the client is able to rate the coaching and provide helpful feedback via our site so coaches are always learning from the experience.
4. Coaches are paid $10 for each online response (15 - 20 minutes), $40 for 30 minute phone coaching sessions, and $85 for a one hour executive phone session. Checks are mailed every 60 days, or once a coach answers either 10 online questions or conducts 3 phone coaching sessions.
